Bu standard, taşıyıcı olan veya olmayan her çeşit kâgir duvarlarda kullanılan köpükbeton (CLC) kâgir birimlerin özelliklerini ve gerekli performans şartlarını kapsar. Bu standard kapsamında olan Köpükbeton kâgir birimler tek (monolitik) duvarlar, sandviç (çift katmanlı duvarlar) duvarlar, bölme duvarları, istinat duvarları ve temellerle birlikte yer altındaki genel uygulamalar dâhil her çeşit duvarlarda kullanılır. Köpükbeton kâgir birimler yangından korunma, ısı ve ses yalıtımı amaçlı duvarlarda ayrıca baca yapımında da (alev odası ile baca bağlantısı arasındaki duman kanalı kaplaması hariç) kullanılırlar. |

This Standard specifies the characteristics and performance requirements of foamed concrete masonry units for which the main intended uses are different types of load bearing and nonload bearing applications in all forms of walling including single leaf, cavity, partitions, retaining, basement and general use below ground level, including walling for fire protection, thermal insulation, sound insulation and the fabric of chimneys (excluding chimney flue units). |
